We deliver products to all districts and cities across Bangladesh (urban and rural areas) using trusted courier partners.

2. Order Processing

  • Once you place your order and payment is confirmed, our team processes your shipment.
  • Orders are usually prepared and handed over to our courier partner within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times (may vary based on location and courier services):

  • Inside Dhaka City: Delivery typically within 2–4 business days
  • Outside Dhaka (rest of Bangladesh): Delivery typically within 3–7 business days

These timelines apply in normal situations; extreme weather, public holidays, or courier delays may extend delivery times.

4. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charge is calculated at checkout based on zip code and shipping option selected.
  • Some promotions (e.g., free shipping for orders above a certain amount) may reduce or waive delivery charges.

5. Cash On Delivery (COD)

  • COD may be offered where available.
  • COD orders may require a small additional service charge depending on the delivery location.

7. Delivery Requirements

  • If the package is damaged, don’t accept it without noting the issue with the rider and contact our support immediately.
